Introduction

Welcome to the website of the Mass Analyst project group.

Note (12-02-2007): This is the site of the first team that created Spectre from scratch. Presently, a second team will continue development of Spectre.
The final version we, the first team, delivered is available under LGPL at Sourceforge.
Further updates, as they will be made by the second team for example, will also become available via the sourceforge web-page.

Each year, the department of Information and Computing Sciences of Utrecht University organises a number of projects for students to gain experience in working on large software projects in teams.

We as group 2 of the second semester of 2005/2006, have the following subject: "Mass Analyst". The initiator of this project is dr. ir. Bas van Breukelen of the Department of Biomolecular Mass Spectrography of Utrecht University. A short summary about the project will be made as the project progresses.

"The team" has information about the people who make up the project group.
"Documentation" has information about all documents made during the project.
"Scientific background" gives a glossary of the most important words regarding this project
"The project" contains information about what we design.

Information about goals, demands, theory and design choices will be made available here. During the development stage, a lot of information will only be available in Dutch. This won't be visible on the English website.
